1. Bontrager is a registered brand which is part of Trek Bicycle Corporation Ltd.
2. The full name and registered office of the promoter of this free gift offer and prize draw is Trek Bicycle Corporation Ltd, Maidstone Road, Kingston, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BE.
3. This offer and free prize draw is open to UK Mainland, Isle of White, Jersey and Guernsey residents over the age of 18 only. This offer and free prize draw is not available to employees of Trek Bicycle Corporation Ltd, Trek Bicycle Corporation’s Dealers, affiliates, partners, agencies appointed by Trek Bicycle Corporation Ltd and their immediate families.
4. Trek Bicycle Corporation Ltd are offering the individuals who purchase a Trek Bike as a result of trying out at Trek bike at one of the five (5) demos of The Demo Series event 2011 the chance to claim a free gift as decided by Trek Bicycle Corporation Ltd.
5. By claiming the free gift, the individual will be given the opportunity to enter a free prize draw as a bonus reward.
6. In order to claim the free gift and be entered into the free prize draw, entrants must send a copy of their purchase receipt along with the voucher given at the event with completed details on which demo event they attended, whether they wish to be entered for the free prize draw, full name, address and contact details, through to Trek Bicycle Corporation Ltd by:
Email: Marketinguk@trekbikes.com including a scan or photograph of the receipt and voucher.

Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Trek Bicycle Corporation will accept no responsibility for vouchers that are sent but not received.
7. The free gift will be sent out once the paperwork has been processed by Trek Bicycle Corporation. Trek Bicycle Corporation will accept no responsibility for the product not being available at the time of selecting, or for entries not accepted due to incomplete or missing data and or failure to meet the conditions set out within these terms & conditions.
8. Entrants for the free prize draw must read and accept these terms and conditions which are available online at www.demodaze.co.uk in order to be entered for the draw. Only one entry per person will be accepted and multiple entries using the same information will be treated as one entry.
9. There will be one (1) free prize draw winner selected from the entrants of each demo event venue totalling five (5) winners selected.
10. All entries will be collected and the winners of the draw will be selected at random after the close of the draw and the winners will be notified by the end of August 2011. If any selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to claim a prize or otherwise fails to provide information Trek Bicycle Corporation needs in order to deliver prizes, the prize in question may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected.
11. There are three (3) equal prizes available: The winners of the draw will be able to select Bontrager products up to the value of £500 at MSRP. Once selected, the winners will be contacted by Trek Bicycle Corporation with details of the products available for the winners to select from.
12. The prize is as stated, is non transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
13. The free gift offer and prize draw closes two months after the last demo event, Friday 8th of July 2011 and entries will not be accepted after this point.
14. The winners of this free prize draw agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material that we may require for the purposes of administrating this offer.
15. The free gift offer, free prize draw and the prize are subject to availability. Trek Bicycle Corporation Ltd accepts no responsibility for the product not being available at the time of selecting, or for entries not accepted due to incomplete or missing data and or failure to meet the conditions set out within these terms & conditions.
16. By taking up the free gift offer and entering this free prize draw you hereby confirm that the information you have provided is correct and complete and that you have read and fully understood and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions of this offer. If you give your consent that the data you provide us with can be held overseas and can be used by Trek Bicycle Corporation Ltd in accordance with Trek Bicycle Corporation’s Privacy Policy to contact you with any information or special offers that we feel may be of interest to you, the information you provide will not be passed on to any other organisation without your express permission.
17. The winners of the free prize draw are not permitted to sell the prize on to another individual(s) within the first 5 months of winning the prize.
18. No additional purchase is necessary to enter the draw.
19. Trek Bicycle Corporation Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend this free gift offer and free prize draw at any time, without notice.
20. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. These rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
22. Any persons taking advantage of this draw do so on complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
